Frequency-Specific Microcurrent (FSM)

  • WHAT IS FSM?

    • Frequency-specific microcurrent (FSM) is a technique for treating pain by using very low-level electrical current applied to the body at specific frequencies (or wavelengths.)

  • HOW DOES FSM WORK?

    • FSM transfers electrons to damaged cells to help increase their voltage, allowing them to have enough electrical energy to ​"spark" repair and making of new cells. Learn more at

  • WHAT IS A TREATMENT LIKE?

    • Treatment with FSM is non-invasive and painless. A session lasts 30-60 minutes. You may notice tingling or warmth where the treatment is placed. ​

  • WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS?​

    • Side effects are rare and usually minimal. A slight feeling of dizziness or drowsiness may occur during treatment and usually wears of shortly. ​

  • WHO SHOULD NOT USE FSM?​

    • People who should not receive FSM treatment include those who have pacemakers, implanted pumps, or uncontrolled seizures, and women who are pregnant.​
